On July 24, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev spoke by phone with the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for the Affairs of the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

On behalf of the friendly people of the Emirates and the country’s leadership, the UAE Vice Premier cordially congratulated the head of our state on his birthday.

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan conveyed sincere congratulations and best wishes, in particular, from the President of the UAE Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

During the telephone conversation, highly appreciated were the fruitful results of the highest-level visit to the UAE, which took place in March earlier this year and afforded a powerful impetus to bilateral relations, filling them with new qualitative substance.

Particular attention was paid to the practical implementation of investment projects in the fields of finance and innovation, energy, oil and gas and chemical industries, modernization of transport, tourism and business infrastructure, public healthcare and other areas.

The head of our state stressed the importance of active promotion of joint programs and projects of mutually beneficial cooperation designed to attract best practices and knowledge of leading companies and organizations of the UAE.
