On December 16, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in, left for South Korea on a state visit.
In accordance with the program of stay in Seoul, it is expected to hold top-level meetings and talks, as well as the talks with the leadership of the parliament and representatives of leading companies in South Korea.
The agenda includes the issues of further deepening the Uzbek-Korean relations of a special strategic partnership and expanding multifaceted cooperation, primarily in such priority areas as the «green» economy, investment and innovation, digital technologies and the social sphere.
