President expresses condolences to Afghanistan

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Muhammad Ashraf Ghani following the death and heavy wounds of a large number of innocent people due to a monstrous and cruel act of terrorism orchestrated in Herat’s mosque.
