Following the negotiations, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze signed the Declaration on the Establishment of a Strategic Partnership.

In the presence of the heads of the two delegations, the parties also exchanged a number of bilateral documents, including:

– an Agreement on Cooperation and Administrative Assistance in Customs Matters;

– an Agreement on Cooperation in Information and Communication Technologies and Digitalization;

– an Agreement on Cooperation in Vocational and Higher Education, Science, and Innovation;

– a Cooperation Program between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of Georgia for 2026–2027;

– a Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Culture of Georgia for 2027–2030;

– a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Finance of Georgia;

– a Memorandum of Cooperation on the implementation of the "E-Permit" electronic permit exchange information system;

– a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of agriculture;

– a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of environmental protection;

– a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of healthcare;

– a Memorandum of Cooperation on radiation protection and nuclear safety;

– a Memorandum of Understanding on labor migration;

– a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of tourism.

As part of the visit, a Memorandum of Cooperation was also signed between the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Bureau of Enforcement of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.
