On September 11, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia.
The leaders discussed current issues related to the further development of Uzbek-Armenian relations, with a particular focus on the trade, economic, and investment spheres.
In this context, they noted the importance of developing new joint industrial cooperation projects.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev advocated for strengthening connectivity through the development of logistics and transport corridors linking Central Asia and the South Caucasus.
The President of Uzbekistan commended the efforts aimed at the early conclusion of a Peace Agreement, which will serve as a solid foundation for regional stability and sustainable development.
The leaders also reviewed the schedule of bilateral and multilateral events, including those within the framework of the United Nations and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
