President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has concluded his working visit to Azerbaijan.

On the first day of the visit, the President met with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. The two leaders discussed the implementation of high-level agreements and further development of their strategic partnership and allied relations.

On October 15, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev attended the seventh summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia in Baku. The Head of State proposed developing a Concept for Building an Infrastructure of Trust in Asia, put forward the Asian Initiative on Technological Trust and the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence, and emphasised the importance of establishing cooperation on climate resilience.

On the sidelines of the summit, the President held separate meetings with the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith, Prime Minister of Cambodia Hun Manet and Vice President of Vietnam Vo Thi Anh Xuan.

He also held talks with heads of other delegations attending the summit.

At the conclusion of the visit, the President was seen off at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Shahin Mustafayev, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, and other officials.

The Head of State departed for Tashkent.
